ANM (Auxiliary Nursing & Midwifery)

1. Reorganization: ANM-INC-02/Jan/2010 Dated 24.07.10
2. Affiliation: From PNRC
3. Approval: Approved by Govt. of Punjab.
4. Duration: Two Years (2) - Regular Course
5. Fee Structure: As per Govt. of Punjab instructions from time to time.

Eligibility:

  • The Minimum age for Admission shall be 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
  • (b) The maximum age for Admission is 30 years.
  • (c) The minimum educational requirement shall be the passing of Secondary certificate, 10th Class or Central Board education or a recognized equivalent public examination. Subjects of study equivalent to those prescribed by the C.B.S.E. for the Class X with minimum 45% marks.
  • (d) Admission is subjected to satisfactory, medical examination report.

Admission Process: As per the Academic merit.
Reservation of Seats: As per Punjab Govt. policy.

GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery)

1. Reorganization: GNM-INC-02/Jan/2010 Dated 24.07.10
2. Affiliation: From PNRC
3. Approval: Approved by Govt. of Punjab
4. Duration: Three Years (2) - Regular Course
5. Fee Structure: As per Govt. of Punjab instructions from time to time.

Eligibility:

  • (a) Minimum and Maximum age for admission will be 17 and 35 years respectively on or before 31 st December of the year of admission.
  • (b) Minimum Educational qualification;
  • (i) 10+2 class passed or its equivalent preferably with Science (Physics ,Chemistry and Biology) subjects with aggregate of 40% marks.
  • (ii) Those who have cleared 10+2 vocational ANM course( revised from the school recognized by Indian Nursing Council)
  • (iii) ANM training i.e. 10+1 1/2 years training should also have passed equivalent examination.
  • (iv) Students shall be medically fit
  • (v) In addition to the above ,admission procedure can be laid down by State Nursing Council. Examination Boards (S.I.B.E. ,M.I.B. , C.M.A.I.)

Admission Process: As per the Academic merit in qualifying examination.
